Velvet Throne Set

A belted velvet blazer with embroidery worked into the cloth, over matching velvet trousers. Structured through the shoulder and fluid everywhere else.

The blazer is cinched at the waist rather than shaped by darts alone, and that is what gives the set its posture. Take the belt off and it becomes a longer, softer line. Both readings are correct, and it was cut to allow either.

The embroidery is placed rather than repeated. It follows the lapel and the cuff, where a jacket already draws the eye, and it stops before it becomes decoration for its own sake.

This is the piece that gets photographed most, which is usually a sign that a garment is doing something the others are not.

Orders are prepared in 2 to 4 business days. Delivery within the United States is complimentary and takes 5 to 9 business days. We do not ship internationally yet. Returns are accepted within 14 days, unworn with tags attached.
